We can’t wait to celebrate with so many honored guests at the Prom.

Kings and Queen who were unable to register for the in-person event you can still join in the fun online at the Virtual Night to Shine Prom

Dear Night to Shine Honored Guests and Families,

Here are a few important details to help you prepare for a wonderful night:

Wear something fancy! This is YOUR prom!

Night to Shine will be at the newlife Training and Event Center on Feb. 9:

9923 Poplars Ave NW, Silverdale, WA 98383

Check-in for Kings and Queens of the Prom opens at 445pm

The actual prom hours are 5-9pm with the first hour being the Royal Treatment.

What is the Royal Treatment, you ask?

The Royal Treatment is a place for you to receive some finishing touches for the prom. You will receive a boutonniere or corsage; use the hair and make up or shoe shine station; take a limo ride; and receive your crown or tiara as you are crowned King and Queen of the prom.

A buddy will be waiting to meet you after you get checked in! This will be your personal host for the entire evening. They will help you with anything you need throughout the prom. They are ready for the fun!

Heavy appetizers and dessert will be included when the dance floor opens at 6 p.m. You may want to eat a late lunch because a full dinner will not be provided. For those with allergies, your buddy will know and can help get you what you need.

Parents are invited to join our team upstairs in the respite room for a night of fun and relaxation. Silver City Brewery will be catering a full meal!

Transportation needs to be arranged TO AND FROM the prom. Please ensure this is done ahead of the prom. ACCESS will be running late that evening for this event, but will need to know if you need a ride to and from.
